DAY ONE: NEW DELHI
You will be greeted at New Delhi airport by our trusted transfer representative who will ensure you arrive safely to your five star hotel. The tour begins with a half day of Delhi sightseeing with relevant destinations depending on your Delhi arrival time. Overnight stay in 5 star Delhi hotel.
DAY TWO: NEW DELHI - AGRA
An early breakfast inside the hotel before venturing off to the Mughal city of ‘Agra’ where you will check in to your hotel. Along the way, you will stop in at Mathura - the famous birthplace of Lord Krishna before visiting Agra Fort where you can take many photos whilst stretching your legs. In the afternoon you will arrive at the magnificent Taj Mahal - a symbol of pure love built by Emperor Shah Jahan in memory of his wife Mumtaz Mahal and after marvelling at the construction and witnessing the sunset over the river, you will proceed to your five star hotel in Agra for overnight stay.
DAY THREE: AGRA - JAIPUR
This morning after breakfast you will transfer to the ‘pink city’ Jaipur. In 1876, Maharaja Ram Singh ordered the entire city to paint thier houses and shops in pink - a reputed colour of hospitality and welcome for the Prince of Wales and Queen Victoria who were visitng at the time. The tradition has been upheld and the residents are now (by law) obliged to maintain the pink color. In Jaipur, you will also visit Fatehpur Sikri which is a deserted red sandstone city built by the Mughal Emperor Akbar. You will arrive to the hotel in the afternoon and the rest of the day is free for you to explore at your leisure. Overnight stay in five star hotel.
DAY FOUR: JAIPUR
Your second day in beautiful Jaipur will include a visit to 16th century Amber fort, where you will enjoy an elephant ride around the grounds before your next stop the Hawa Mahal Palace of Winds where you can learn about the active life of courtesans during the Mughal empire. In the afternoon you will visit the city palace and museum as well as Jantar Mantar (the astronomical observatory) with enough time to rest or do last minute shopping before retiring in the hotel. Overnight stay in Jaipur.
DAY FIVE : JAIPUR - DELHI
This morning you will depart the hotel and take the journey back to Delhi ready for your next destination.
